The relationship between Modern Game Theory and licensing deal negotiations was the focus of a fascinating workshop at the LES (USA & Canada) Spring Meeting in Boston.
The session was expertly led by Scott Stern, Visiting Professor of Technological Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management, MIT Sloan School of Management. Stern creatively framed the Game Theory discussion with the “inside” story of how Walt Disney created Mickey Mouse after a licensing deal went south.
