Interested in having your team members join you on the webinar? The LES Webinar Company Subscription will allow you to add additional listeners at a reduced price. One Administrative user from your company will have the ability to register for the subscription and then add users from your company that you wish to grant access to the programs. Simply choose ‘Purchase Options.' Each token allows one user to access this course.
How to Grant Access:
- One person will serve as the Primary Company Administrator for all Company Users. The Company Administrator can add or delete Company users at any time during the subscription.
- Currently, there is no way to allocate a specific amount of tokens to an individual user on a COMPANY subscription, therefore, it will be up to the Primary Company Administrator to monitor how the tokens are being used.
How do the Administrators and Users Find Their Tokens:
- Once you have purchased a COMPANY Subscription, it will show up in the Primary Company Administrator/purchaser's “My Account” under ‘My Company'.
- The Primary Company Administrator may add both ‘Company Administrators' and ‘Company Users' to the COMPANY account. Company Administrators are users that have the ability to purchase and manage COMPANY Subscriptions for the company, as well as the ability to add, edit or delete users on the company's behalf. Company Users will have access to use any of the COMPANY Subscription's points. Either Company Administrators or Company Users may view a Company User's activity by clicking on the clipboard icon next to their name.
- Company Users will need to apply for course credit on their own behalf under their individual “My Account” under the ‘Manage Credit' section.
